Head of Growth.

TDS is a growing software consultancy of 150 passionate engineers, designers, and strategists. We specialise in delivering high-quality, scalable, and innovative software solutions for our clients across various industries. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic Head of Growth to lead our sales effort to further our reach in existing sectors and break new ground for TDS within defined target markets.

  • As the Head of Growth, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, strategy and execution of our sales function. You will shape and deliver go-to-market initiatives that drive revenue growth in new markets and ensure successful transition of customers into the account management structure. Your role will be pivotal in expanding our portfolio of clients and facilitating the growth of the business at our current pace.

    • Go-To-Market Leadership: Define and execute the company’s go-to-market strategy, ensuring alignment with business aims to diversify our customer base.

    • New Business acquisition: Develop and execute plans to acquire new clients who align with our culture and desire to deliver high quality software, fast.

    • Negotiate and close deals: Oversee and lead the negotiation of proposals, contracts to ensure agreements benefit both parties and build relationships.

    • Build and lead the sales team: Define and execute the company’s desire to

      grow a hungry, driven sales team and provide mentoring and leadership to the team.

    • Influence our value proposition: Work with the CEO and Senior Leadership team to provide insight and guidance on expanding our service offering and

      refine how these drive revenue and growth.

    • Be an ambassador: Leverage existing networks and contacts, as well as representing TDS at industry events, to position TDS as the go-to leader in scalable software delivery and technology implementation partner.

    • 8+ years of experience in new business development, with at least 5 years in a technology consultancy, systems integrator or digital agency

    • Strong background in the industry we’re in with experience selling solutions that include software development, cloud services and user centred design

    • Proven ability to lead and close high value contracts, ideally in excess of £1m

    • Experience in leading public sector procurement, crafting bids and pricing

      services

    • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

    • Passion for team building and driving change through innovate thinking
