As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic Head of Engineering to lead our talented engineering team and drive technical excellence across the organisation.

As the Head of Engineering, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, strategy, and execution of our engineering function. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, oversee engineering best practices, and ensure the successful delivery of projects. Your role will be pivotal in shaping our technical vision, fostering a strong engineering culture, and mentoring the next generation of technical leaders within the company.

Technical Leadership: Define and execute the company’s engineering strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Team Development: Hire, mentor, and develop engineers and engineering managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
Process & Delivery: Establish and refine engineering best practices, agile processes, and scalable development methodologies.
Technology Strategy: Evaluate and implement cutting-edge technologies and architectures to maintain our competitive edge.
Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure technical excellence in delivery.
Quality & Performance: Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of software solutions.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Design, and Business teams to drive innovation and growth.

10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a 'Head of Engineering' role, or equivalent
Strong technical background with experience in modern software development practices, architectures, and cloud technologies.
Proven ability to lead and scale high-performing engineering teams.
Experience in a consultancy or client-facing role is a must.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Passion for mentorship, team building, and fostering a culture of excellence.
