Content Designer.
Newcastle/Scotland, UK (Hybrid)
We’re on the hunt for a Content Designer to join our team! A designer in this role will be responsible for creating clear, accessible and user‑focused content that helps people understand and use digital public services with confidence.
You must be comfortable facilitating communication between stakeholders, UCD teams and delivery groups, ensuring content decisions are grounded in evidence, and supporting agile ways of working while driving a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Test Driven Solutions has had a successful five years since incorporation in 2020, building a close-knit culture and delivering to various clients. Our consultants work across green/brownfield projects using the latest cutting-edge technologies.
We work within private and public sectors, including financial services, government, property, education, manufacturing, gaming and renewable energy organisations. We continuously grow as a business, with new client wins and an ongoing internal ERP system being built.

We are looking for content designers with a combination of the following skills, and encourage all applicants, even if you don’t tick all the boxes.
Experience designing or creating content for digital services using user-centred design approaches.
Strong writing, editing, and information structuring skills.
Knowledge of plain language and accessibility standards.
Experience using content management systems and digital publishing tools.
Ability to interpret user research, analytics, and feedback to improve content.
Experience working in agile or iterative delivery environments.
Understanding of how content supports user journeys and service outcomes.
