As we scale rapidly across our three international bases, we are seeking a Chief of Staff to act as a strategic right-hand to the CEO and a key member of the senior leadership team. This pivotal role will help shape and execute our operational strategy, support organisational effectiveness, and ensure scalable and consistent business growth.

As Chief of Staff, you will be a critical force in driving the operational maturity and strategic focus of the business. Working directly with the CEO and collaborating closely with the wider leadership team, you will coordinate key initiatives, ensure seamless execution of company-wide processes and policies, and enhance internal alignment as we continue our international expansion.
You will bring clarity, structure, and urgency to complex challenges while championing a high-performance, high-integrity culture that scales globally.

Strategic Execution & Leadership Support
Partner with the CEO to prioritise, structure, and track execution of strategic initiatives across the group.
Act as a liaison between the executive team and the wider leadership team.
Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
Business Operations & Organisational Design
Streamline and enhance internal systems and workflows to support growth, efficiency, and scalability.
Align operational processes and business structures across the UK, Poland, and Canada.
Identify gaps in execution or accountability and proactively address roadblocks.
People Operations & Talent Enablement
Lead People Operations, overseeing recruitment, onboarding (including SC/BPSS/VISA compliance), performance management, and people analytics.
Build and scale employee lifecycle processes, ensuring cultural alignment across our three offices.
Support the CEO in designing a compelling employee value proposition and driving global engagement.
Lead annual performance and salary review cycles in partnership with HR and finance.
Client & Delivery Support
Collaborate with delivery and account teams to optimise consultant deployment and reduce bench time.
Oversee consultant onboarding with clients and third-party systems (SAP, Fieldglass, etc along with our platforms).
Support strategic account development and bid/tender processes to enable growth.
Compliance, Risk & Information Security
Oversee ISO27001 certification process and ongoing compliance.
Lead GDPR and data protection strategies across all jurisdictions.
Ensure operational policies and processes adhere to local legal and regulatory standards.
Culture, Communications & Internal Engagement
Lead internal communications strategy including monthly company updates and leadership messaging.
Plan and execute culture-building initiatives across global teams.
Champion inclusivity, collaboration, and excellence across all locations.

Essential Experience & Attributes
Proven experience in a similar Chief of Staff, Operations Director, or Strategy Execution role.
Deep operational understanding of scaling professional services or consultancy businesses.
Strong knowledge of organisational design, systems thinking, and process optimisation.
Ability to drive execution in a fast-paced environment.
Experienced in HR/People Ops including performance cycles, employee engagement, and compliance.
Comfortable working across time zones and cultures with experience leading international teams.
Familiarity with agile delivery models and tech-centric team structures.
Desirable
Exposure to or experience in digital consultancy, IT services, or staffing/professional services.
Experience working directly with C-level executives.
Working knowledge of ISO standards, security frameworks, and compliance practices.
